Shipping
■ All orders placed before 2 p.m. will be shipped that day based on inventory. If Dedicated Marine Supplies does not have an item in stock, the shipping date may be pushed back. If an item is back ordered, it will not be shipped the day of purchased.
■ All orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday, and on holidays, will be processed and shipped the following business day.
■ Dedicated Marine Supplies will ship any where in the United States. Special arrangements can be made for international purchases. Contact Dedicated Marine Supplies for international orders.
■ Shipping rates are based on purchases and location and are provided at the time of checkout.
Returns
■ All returns must be made within 30 days of sale with the exclusion of electrical components.
■ Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the product. A 35% restocking fee may be applied.
■ All special order, built to order, non standard, and modified products ordered are non-returnable.
■ Orders made outside of the United States are non-returnable.
■ Returns for repairs or replacements must be returned in the original package with a receipt.
